FAQ

Questions, answered properly

If yours is not here, email [email protected] — we answer every message.

Are these prices real?
The fares on this site are examples that show the kind of routes we work on — they are not live availability. Airfare changes by the hour, so the only price that counts is the one on your written quote, which we hold for as long as the airline lets us.
How does Bluefin make money if the fare is cheaper?
We earn a small margin that is already inside the price we quote you, plus commission from the airline. You see one total price before you decide. If there is ever a service fee on your booking, it is written on the quote.
Which airlines can you ticket?
We ticket on scheduled airlines worldwide, including the major alliances and their partners. If a route is only served by an airline we cannot ticket, we will tell you and point you to it rather than sell you something worse.
Is it a real ticket? Will I get a confirmation number?
Yes. Every booking is a normal airline ticket with an airline confirmation code (PNR) and an e-ticket number. You can check it on the airline's own website or app straight away.
How do I pay?
We send a secure payment link from our payment provider, or take payment by bank transfer for group and corporate bookings. We never ask for card details by email, chat or over social media.
Can I change or cancel my flight?
That depends on the fare rules of the ticket you buy — the cheapest fares are the strictest. We show you the change and cancellation rules on the quote before you pay, and we handle the change with the airline if you need one.
Do you book baggage, seats and special assistance?
Yes. Tell us what you need — extra bags, seats together, a wheelchair, an infant on your lap, a pet in the hold — and we add it to the booking or tell you the exact cost before you commit.
Do you sell hotels, cars and travel insurance?
Flights are what we do best and they are our focus. We are happy to point you towards trustworthy options for the rest of the trip.
Can you help with visas or entry rules?
We will tell you what documents your itinerary generally requires and flag transit-visa traps in a connection. The final responsibility for passports, visas and entry rules is yours, and we always recommend checking the official government source.
What if something goes wrong on the day?
Contact us. If your flight is cancelled or delayed and you are stuck, we take it up with the airline directly to get you re-routed, which is usually faster than queueing at the airport.

Still deciding?

Send us the route and dates. A quote costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
