bluefinTravel Get a fare quote

How it works

What actually happens when you ask us for a fare

No mystery, no pressure, no payment until you have seen the whole picture in writing.

1

You send the trip

Route, dates, number of travellers, cabin, and how flexible you are. If you only know “Lagos, sometime in March, two of us”, that is enough — we will come back with the shape of the options.

2

We search where you cannot

Public search engines, airline sites, and our consolidator and net-fare contracts. We look at nearby airports, alternative connecting cities and adjacent dates, then throw away everything that is not worth your money.

3

You get a written quote

Two or three real options, side by side, with the total price per traveller and the fare rules in plain English. Ask as many questions as you like. Nothing is booked and nothing is charged.

4

We ticket the same day

You confirm, pay by secure link or bank transfer, and we issue the ticket — usually within hours. Your e-ticket and airline confirmation code arrive by email.

5

We stay on the booking

Seats, bags, special assistance, name checks against your passport, schedule changes from the airline — we handle them and tell you before they become a problem.

6

We are there on the day

Delayed, cancelled, re-routed, or stuck at a transfer desk? Message us. Working the airline from our side is usually faster than the queue you are standing in.

What is on the quote

Everything you need to decide, on one page

A cheap fare with the wrong rules is not cheap. So we put the rules next to the price.

The total, not the teaser

Fare, taxes, carrier charges and our margin — one number per traveller. If there is a service fee, it is on the quote.

The full routing

Airline, aircraft where it matters, connection times, and which terminal you land in. Tight connections are flagged, not hidden.

The rules that bite

Baggage allowance, change fee, cancellation and refund terms, and whether the fare allows a name correction.

  • We never ask for card details by email or chat.
Payment happens through a secure link from our payment provider, or by bank transfer that we confirm with you directly.
  • Your ticket is a normal airline ticket.
Airline confirmation code and e-ticket number, verifiable on the airline's own site the moment it is issued.
  • You keep control of your booking.
You can deal with the airline yourself at any time — we are an extra pair of hands, not a lock-in.

Safety

How to know you are dealing with us

Travel is a favourite target for scammers, so here is the short version of our rules. If anything you receive breaks one of them, stop and email [email protected] before you pay anything.

Every message from us comes from a @bluefintravel.com address. We will never ask you to send money to a personal account, pay in gift cards or cryptocurrency, or move the conversation to an unrelated messaging account to complete a booking.
